Refund and Return Policy
Shop online (pick up in store)
Please check your order carefully after purchasing online and when picking up your order in store. If you find any damage or defect, please apply to the store for a return or exchange on the spot. If damage or defects are reported after leaving the store, we will repair the item in accordance with the warranty coverage and warranty terms and conditions of the item or, if repair is not possible, return/exchange the item.
Change of mind (if not made immediately, return will not be immediately available)
If you want to return brand new goods because you change your mind, you must inform the store staff immediately when picking up the goods at the store*. The returned goods must be undamaged and unused, with all tags intact and original packaging included. Customers must show proof of purchase receipt. Customers are responsible for the HK$100 cost of shipping the goods back to the warehouse (an additional fee will apply to remote areas).
*All exclusive and personalized products (services) do not accept refund applications due to change of mind.

processing time
We receive your application to return the goods. If the application is approved, we will process and complete the relevant procedures within 15 days. If you need to use dayoff’s transportation service, we will charge a freight fee of HKD 100 for each section (an additional fee will be charged for remote areas) ).
Online shopping (delivery to your door)

After you receive the goods, we will not accept returns or exchanges for new goods due to change of mind.
Quality issues
(If we find that the damage to the goods is not due to production damage (including damage to materials and labor), but is caused by improper handling or use, or the damage exceeds the scope of the warranty or the warranty has expired, we will refuse Your return request and the goods will be returned to you.

In-store shopping
After customers complete shopping and payment in the store, they must pick up the goods immediately. The company does not provide temporary storage services. If the goods have not been picked up more than 7 days after purchase, the company will destroy the goods and will not bear any legal responsibility.
Quality issues
Please carefully check the purchased goods before paying in the store. Unless the goods are damaged or defective due to production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for all goods sold.
We receive your application to return the goods. If the application is approved, we will process and complete the relevant procedures within 30 days. The customer must bear the HK$100 fee for returning the goods to the warehouse.
Exchange arrangement
We will replace you with an item worth the actual purchase price of your original item.
