We deliver to all areas in Hong Kong. Remote areas in China have additional charges.

No returns on our website. We offer exchange for quality issues, but no refunds.
Is there warranty on luggage?
All dayOFF products including OFFBEAT and TRAVELPLUS now come with 3-year warranty, excluding agency products. Covers front/back covers, handles, wheels, and pull rods (non-human damage).
Can you fix if damaged?
Non-human damage = free repair. Airline damage = please claim from the airline/travel agency.
