Is there warranty on luggage?
All dayOFF products including OFFBEAT and TRAVELPLUS now come with 3-year warranty, excluding agency products. Covers front/back covers, handles, wheels, and pull rods (non-human damage).
Can you fix if damaged?
Non-human damage = free repair. Airline damage = please claim from the airline/travel agency.
