Before ordering personalized printing, please be aware of the following technical characteristics of digital printing processes:

1. Color and Precision Deviation: Due to the fundamental differences between the color theory of displays (RGB) and physical printing technology (CMYK), coupled with the ink absorption and color rendering effects of materials such as leather, there may be reasonable visual differences between the finished product and the design displayed on the screen in terms of color saturation, contrast, and detail precision.

2. Printing Process Variables: This service uses digital inkjet printing technology combined with professional post-processing. On complex patterns or specific materials, there may be extremely slight ink droplet diffusion or uneven density (commonly known as “ink splatter”), which are permissible process phenomena and not considered product quality issues.

3. Based on the characteristics of “customized products”: Except for quality issues such as structural damage or functional loss caused by the manufacturing process, printed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Please fully understand and confirm the above technical specifications before placing your order. By proceeding with the order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms.
